update on my epic to get my identity back:

• I had sent an email to support, but got so far (2 businessdays) nothing back but an automated (and useless) reply
• I created an alt, to be able to get inworld, which is called FormerklyKnownAsTrissGray Graven
• I tried calling their american support (they only have support in uk, usa, and australia) through skypen because that way i can call their american 0800 number costless. I get a message stating the waitqueue is 8-10 minutes, and each time after 10 minutes I get transferred to the voicemail support system, in which i don't really have fait, since they don't seem to reply to emails... I'll keep trying to get in by phone each day, what else can i do...
• I now can't even get on the slforum... my real account is disabled there as well, and only verified (which my alt isn't) accounts can get inthere... I'm a bit hesitant, given the problems with my real account, to enter creditcard details for the alt account...
• At least my house and land still have triss gray listed as owner, so they have not been confiscated . Only problem is a have to break into my own house now...
