Carmen 20 ??

Our beloved priestess is very active on the Internet, but scarce are the data on her personal life. In one of her contributions she says she is born the 29th of January 1987, which makes her 20 tomorrow! Is that so Carm?? Hey, does not matter really, have a hug anyway Eye-wink . Mouuaaagh!

Hum yes Nat, I was forgotten it's 2008 and not 2007, weird no? And I honestly drink no more than one bottle of scotch per day Eye-wink . Concerning Carm, she comes and goes, like the sea-tide, like the seasons, like the flowers, like the comets or the Moon (she would like the last comparison Eye-wink ). Nat, do you know the few blog-notes on  http://www.myspace.com/carmenl87 ? Nice site that expresses her values and where you can find a pic of her, among her friends in India. But the last entry is already a long time ago Sad . Carm, where are you?  We need your hugz. Hope you ill be back soon.

You mean a photo of her, and photos of her friends. I don't see them combined anywhere but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place (the album).

Yes I do know that site, I think she gave me the link one time. And if you knew me better, you would have known I knew Smiling .

One thing... Carmen asked me not to tell anyone her age (afraid people wouldn't take her serious perhaps?), I'm not sure how serious she was about asking that, but I've kept my promise. I think you can now better understand the way I respond when you talk about things more private than her age.

And of course I prefer being told things directly instead of hearing an interpretation by someone else. No matter how honest and objective you try to be, it's always an interpretation.

There, I had to get that out of my system.

You are completely right of course. I did tell too much behind her back and my only excuse is that she means so much to me, both as a friend and as a spiritual guide. Whatever I tell about her (based on the few facts I know) can only be positive because of what she is and will ever be. Carmen will always be for me the Ishtar-priestess in the Temple, waiting to give her love with both conviction and dignity, to passing seekers and even to all kinds of scum Eye-wink . I hope I can once say to her in person how influential she was just sitting there and waiting, and lending an ear to people in all kinds of need or troubles. Gotto go now, Nat. mm, due to some personal/family stuff, i've not given this site and/or sl/babylonia much attention lately(and it might take a while still before i can pick up on that again), but I do second the above, and i'll add my (late) congratulations....

I also second what natlia says about giving personal details (especially someone else's) on public places, specially very public places like the internet and more in particular this site ;) (not that it's that well known, but it does get indexed by google for example....)... i can obfuscate the details if you'd think ii t ecessary.... (or click the edit button and do so yourself)...

You can do completely as you like Triss. The whole tread only makes sense as an expression for my admiration for the priestess, who is after all just a young woman with a vision. If you think it necessary to delete certain things for her sake do anything you like. But never doubt my affection for her. Or call it love, in the babylonian sense. Besides you have it too Smiling .
