The freshly started SL loco team (loco teams are localized groups, with an interest in linux, and mainly ubuntu linux) is giving a release party for the release of the newest Ubuntu Linux version: Hardy Heron.

Organization by the Ubuntu Linux group, of which i'm a member.

This week's discussions in the amphitheatre are about the suggestions put forward by Adopters to address global problems.

There has already been one round of voting. Find out more about that and the ideas that came out top. How will these ideas be developed further? How can you get involved? What if you want to put forward or support alternatives?

There will be a short audio presentation, then text chat. Duration about 45 minutes.

Luzo Orbit will be giving an introductory talk to members of the Babylon group on 26 April at 1 pm SLT (9 pm UK time, 22:00 CET).
He'll be covering the basics of the Simultaneous Policy (SP) campaign in the audio broadcast, then there will be time for a text chat.
